New Year = New Goals!!

The new year is right around the corner. What have you done to prepare your craft business for the new year? My first suggestion for you would to be make some new goals! The new year is always a great time to take a step back and analyse what you've done over the past year. What have you noticed that works for you? What have you noticed that doesn't work for you? Remember, just because one thing works for someone else doesn't always mean that it will work for you. So take the time now to figure out what works and what doesn't. What about some new ideas you've been wanting to try? Take all this information and sit down and write out your goal plan for the new year. Make it fun and realistic. Once you write down what your goals are (month to month or week to week) write down a short plan on how you plan to reach each of these goals.  Remember to make your goals reachable. Small steps is what will make this next year a success! If you've been pondering the idea of starting your own craft business or even just selling your crafts here and there on the side, now is a great time to make yourself a plan to make it happen. Remember, do what you love and the rest will follow!

Thanks for following me at Teens and a Toddler. I am following you back now.
Our new goal for 2011 is to learn to sign...my step-daughters brand new baby sister was born deaf on Dec 16th, they just found out. I want to cry, but instead I will focus on learning and teaching my 7 year old to sign.
